| The AngioJet®
Xpeedior® Rheolytic™ Thrombectomy
catheter is designed to offer the ultimate in thrombectomy
performance. Powerful saline jets create a low pressure
zone around the catheter tip causing a vacuum effect.
Thrombus is drawn into the catheter, where it is fragmented
by the jets, and removed from the body.
AngioJet thrombectomy provides rapid restoration
of flow in minutes, as opposed to hours with lytic therapy.
The Xpeedior catheter has a 120cm
length for additional reach and flexibility for contralateral
procedures. The braided shaft offers the strength to
get you where you want to go. Dual marker bands help
position the catheter and direct the mechanism of action
within the vessel. The marker bands are located 15mm
apart from center to center. As always, our Xpeedior
catheters are 0.035" guidewire compatible to work
with your standard practice equipment.
